PROCEDURES 流程

STEP 1: ARRANGE FOR PICK-UP

第一步: 安排收集

Consignors shall contact us to arrange a free pick-up-at-home service for 10+ fashion item and make sure all items match with the collection category. Staff will screen the fashion items according to the style, quality and condition. Items not falling into the collection category will be returned to the consignors.

寄賣10件以上可享用免費的上門收集服務以及進行寄賣程序,同時確保寄賣時裝符合列明的收衣類別。店員會按款式、質素、新舊程度即時進行篩選。不符合收集類別的時裝會即時交還寄賣者。

STEP 2: CONSIGN FOR PROFIT / DONATION

第二步: 選擇回饋方式 / 捐贈

A consignment agreement has to be signed for each consignment. On the agreement, consignors can choose their own rebate method: 30% cash rebate/35% store credits of the selling price or donate all rebate to support the operation of our business. Selling price shall be set by us based on the style, quality and condition as well as the market and the purchasing power of the customers. There will be a $5 listing fee for each piece of clothing which will be deduced from the rebate.

每次寄賣都需要簽署一份寄賣合同,填寫合同時寄賣者可選擇 30%現金回饋/40%店舖積分/直接捐贈作為支持本企的營運。寄賣衣飾的售價由本企業制訂,主要根據時裝的款式、質素、新舊程度而定,並因應市場及顧客的購買力為依歸。而每件衣飾會收取$5上架費上架費會由寄賣回饋中扣除

STEP 3: CONSIGNMENT

第三步: 寄賣

Starting from the date of consignment (the date shown on the receipt), all the products will display on rotation for at least 2-3 months. The unsold items after 6 months will be donated to Greenies.

自寄售之首日(收據上顯示的日期)起算貨品將在店內輪流陳列至少 2-3 個月;若在寄賣日起計6個月貨品未能售出,該件時裝將自動歸本企業擁有。

STEP 4: RECEIVE REBATE WITH SALES REPORT

第四步: 結算及銷售報告

Sales report will be issued through email on the 15th of the following month after 6 months accounting period; details will be listed on the sales report for reference. The rebate will be transferred to the registered account by auto-pay on or before the 28th of the following month after 6 months accounting period.

6個月結算期後,我們會於翌月15號經電郵發出銷售報表,寄賣回饋會於翌月28號或之前以自動轉賬形式支付。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 寄賣條款

1 GREENIES is only a consignment platform, we will not pay any legal responsibility for any consignment. We take resalable high quality fashion and accessories, criteria please refer to ITEMS WE TAKE.

本公司作為一個寄賣平台,我們不會對任何的寄賣品付上任何法律責任 本平台只接受具重售價值的服裝及飾物,具體準則請參考時裝類別。


2 GREENIES has the right to set selling price based on the purchasing power of customers, the style, quality and condition, completeness and past sales experience. Consignor cannot object to the selling price set.

GREENIES寄賣平台擁有訂價權利,售價主要因應市場及顧客的購買力為依歸,並根據衣物的款式、質素、新舊程度、衣物完整度及過往的銷售情況而定。寄賣者不能對定價提出異議。


3 If the consigned item cannot be sold within 6 months, the ownership of the product will automatically be passed to GREENIES, and Consignors cannot get back that particular item. GREENIES has the right to donate them to other projects or to community recyclers for charity purpose after 6 months. Under the above listed circumstances, no rebate will be available to Consignors. There will be a $5 listing fee for each piece of clothing which will be deduced from the rebate.

若寄賣日起計6個月貨品未能售出,該件衣物將自動歸GREENIES所擁有,寄賣者不能取回衣物。6個月後,GREENIES有權把有關衣物捐贈給其他服務單位或予回收商作慈善用途,在此情況下,寄賣者便不能從中收取任何回報。而每件衣飾會收取$5上架費。上架費會由寄賣回饋中扣除。


4 Sales reports will be issued on or before the 15th of the following month after a 6 month period; details will be listed on the sales report for reference. 30% Cash rebate or 40% store credits rebate will be transferred to the registered account or stored at the system on or before the 28th of the following month of the 6 months period after sales respectively.

寄賣日起計6個月後翌月15號或之前會發出銷售報表,30%的現金回饋或40%的店舖積分(1分可在門市消費時減$1)會於翌月28號或之前以轉賬形式支付或記錄於系統。


5 GREENIES has the right to select and decide whether the fashion item can be consigned with reference to market demand and storage. Staff have the right to deny receiving items that deemed unfit. Upon receiving the clothing, consignors cannot get back the items under any circumstances.

GREENIES對所收取衣物擁有選擇及決定權,職員有權拒絕接收與要求不符的衣物,並會因應市場的需求及倉存情況來決定是否收取衣物。所有衣物一經接收,在任何情況下寄賣者都不能取回衣物。


6 GREENIES provides a platform for recycling fashion, but does not assess or promise the genuineness of the items sold. GREENIES and our staff will not take any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the information, the applicability, quality and reliability of the items. If consignors use this platform, consignors agree not to claim any financial loss or litigation on personal harm. If the consignor provides any goods with forged trademarks or false trade descriptions, whether intentional or not or this receipt is not signed, which causes any loss or even personal injury lawsuit or claim to GREENIES LTD., the consignor must compensate the company for all losses.

本二手店提供平台循環再用時裝,不會對售賣物品之真偽加以審核或作出任何承諾或保證;GREENIES及其員工不會對售賣物品的資料準確性,對其特定用途之適用性、品質及可靠性質上承擔任何法律責任。寄賣者使用GREENIES平台,即表示寄賣者承允不會向GREENIES及其員工作出任何有關財物損失,甚至人身傷害的訴訟或索償。若寄賣者提供任何偽造商標或附有虛假商品說明商品,不論有意或無意,即使未在本收條中簽署,而使GREENIES LTD.造成任何損失,甚至人身傷害的訴訟或索償,寄賣者須向本公司賠償一切的損失。


7 GREENIES is not liable for any loss of item during the consignment period due to robbery and damage (including artificial and natural disaster) etc.

如寄賣的貨品在寄售過程中因失竊或損壞(包括人為或自然災害)等因素導致任何損失,GREENIES概不負責。


8 GREENIES is not responsible for the loss of non-consigned items (including personal items like money, personal identity card, jewellery etc.) left in the consigned items. Consignors should check carefully before consignment to avoid any loss.

如寄賣時因遺留物品 (包括金錢、證件、珠寶等私人物品) 而導致損失,GREENIES概不負責,寄賣者應在寄賣前仔細檢查以免損失。


9 To enjoy the free pick up service, a reservation has to be made 12 hours beforehand via picktime.com/APPOINTMENT. GREENIES's free pick up service is limited to the availability of the booking system and residential area within 10 minutes walking distance to the closest MTR station.

免費上門寄賣取件服務需於picktime.com/APPOINTMENT於12小時前進行預訂免費上門寄賣取件服務僅限於picktime預訂系統上的空檔及任何一個港鐵站步行10分鐘步行路程範圍以內的住宅區。若你身處的地方超出以上範圍, GREENIES有權拒絕預訂,或可在我們的實體店提交你們的寄賣物品。


10 GREENIES's Pick Up Rating System is rated based on the items being screened and collected. The ratings will be updated after each consignment or donation pickup. Consignors with a rating below 3 will be required to submit photos of the items before pick up, GREENIES has the right to reject the booking if the image or item quality is not up to standard. Consignors with a rating below 3 for over 5 times or 2 times consecutively will only be allowed to submit their items at our physical store until their ratings are above 3 (except consignors with a rating below 3 for over 5 times and will be blacklisted from our pick up service )

GREENIES 的上門寄賣取件服務評級系統是根據被篩選和收集的物品數量進行評級的。評級將在每次寄售或捐贈後更新。評分為3分以下的寄賣者需在上門前提交照片,如圖片或寄賣物品質量不達標,GREENIES有權拒絕預訂。每次寄售後連續2次評分低於3分或累積超過5次評分低於3分寄賣者,只可在我們的實體店提交寄賣物品,直到評分高於3分(超過5次評分低於3分的寄賣者除外,將被列入上門寄賣服務黑名單


11 In case of any dispute, GREENIES reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.

如有任何爭議,GREENIES將保留最終決定權。
